Kaileigh Bates Montes began training in Ballet at the age of two. Her passion for dance rapidly grew and she began to branch out to other styles such as Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Lyrical, Modern, Musical Theatre, and Tap as well. Her love for dance helped her mesh into other forms of art, specifically theatre. She expanded her knowledge of dance through her theatre training which would not only enrich her training, but would later also enrich her future students. Kaileigh has always had a passion for dance and wants to share it with others. She always knew she wanted to be an instructor! She’s not only lucky enough to teach in studio, but she also has many years of working out of studio doing outreach. Her favorite is being able to go into the local schools to do dance therapy with the Special Education classes. She’s also proud to have danced with the wonderful local professional company, Wings To Fly for many years! Kaileigh is so happy to be at FADC where her training began!

Meredith Flores White is from Southern California. She went to school at the San Diego School of Creative & Performing Arts Academy, from the time she was 9 years old until she graduated High School in 2001. SD-SCPA was a place where arts and academics shared center stage. SD-SCPA provided her with a decade of significant, extensive training and daily exposure to dance, drama, music and theater. She was casted in musicals such as “Annie”, “The Wiz”, “Once On This Island” and “Sweet Charity”, to name a few. At the age of 9, Meredith auditioned for the San Diego City Moves, which she went on to spend many years performing and being part of city wide collaborations with dance theater artists across the city, performing in schools and dance theater productions of original plays. As a teen, representing City Moves and USA, Meredith Flores White attended the Dance & Child International Conference in Sydney, Australia. Meredith Flores White went to college at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in World Arts & Cultures: Dance Concentration, emphasizing in Dance Performance, Choreography & Theories. She also received a Minor in Education. Upon graduating from UCLA, she traveled to the Philippines and spent months in Manila, teaching and holding classes for Professional Dancers overseas and performing on television in a weekly variety show, as a member of “G-Force”, a professional dance company, known for its’ presence in the commercial entertainment industry, and stylistic choreography deriving from its modern interpretations of jazz, hip-hop and jazz funk. Through out her time back in Los Angeles, Meredith taught dance in multiple schools and studios across the city. She signed with and worked for several Dance and Performance Arts Agencies as a professional dancer, auditioning and booking jobs for television, commercials, screen, stage, concert and touring productions. She performed with various dance companies in multiple dance genres, including Modern, Contemporary Ballet, Lyrical, Hip-Hop and Jazz. She was the Founder and Artistic Director of XPOSE Dance Theater Company. XPOSE Dance Theater Company has made guest appearances in many shows and venues throughout the country. XPOSE Dance Theater Company was invited to perform for the Troops in Qatar and through out various military bases in Afghanistan. Through the company, Meredith has created and produced multiple dance concerts and dance theater productions, including “Unions & Reunions” and “Love Songs and A Song of Despair: A Dance Anthology” inspired by the works of the Poet Pablo Neruda. XPOSE Dance Theater Company was a Los Angeles based interdisciplinary performing arts company committed to utilizing dance and theater for artistic expression and entertainment. Its’ repertoire consisted of innovative and thought-provoking choreography composed of movements within the realm of contemporary jazz, while also exploring the movement vocabularies of funk, lyrical, modern and hip-hop. The absolute fusion of all these genres represented the XPOSE experience, where entertainment coincides with artistry, performance with technique, body with mind and movement with emotion.
